Nature et santé mentale

"Bain de forêt" est la traduction de "Shinrin Yoku", un terme japonais exprimant l'idée de s'immerger dans l'atmosphère de la forêt.

Cette pratique s'inscrit dans une démarche de prévention pour la santé. De multiples bienfaits sont aujourd'hui reconnus grâce à des recherches scientifiques.

Priscille Cazin et Nolwenn Lécuyer viendront nous parler de cette pratique et des fondements scientifiques récents qui la valide.
